This Buffalo Feta is set overnight to make it in a traditional lactic set, not unlike yoghurt. Each jar has a selection of herbs added before it's filled with a blend of vegetable and olive oil.
Crumbled on top of salads, bruschetta, or other dishes as a creamier alternative to goat's feta. It can also simply be served with warm crusty bread for maximum effect.
